Lorna Anderson

Lorna Anderson has been drawing since she could hold a crayon.  She worked as a hairdresser for 40 years, always doodling and dabbling in watercolor.  In 2017 she enrolled in Susie Jarvis’s oil painting class.  Retiring in 2020, she began painting in earnest.  She entered the Holladay Fine Arts show winning Best Amateur Oil and Honorable Mention, and in 2022 Best Professional Oil . She was accepted into the 2021 Bountiful Davis 46th Statewide Competition.  She had three commissions in 2021.  She self-educates with workshops, YouTube and general observation. She works from home in Salt Lake City.
