Sandi Lampshire

Born and raised in Utah, I am a daughter of artists, wife, mother, athlete, learner, and corporate badass. An idealist mixed with a realist, I believe in the power of positive psychology, tarot cards, meditation, and eating as healthy as I can but always a sucker for pastries. Creating is a passion. From moon sticks and shamanic rattles to paintings and quilts, life is about experimenting and overcoming fears. Entering this exhibition is overcoming a fear and leaning into the uncomfortable.

I'm obsessed with our different landscapes and our seasons. Towering majestic mountains, sexy deserts, lakes and rivers, and rolling farmlands, Utah really has it all within a short distance and you can see it in all four seasons! I also love our Native American and Western past and am inspired by artists like Maynard Dixon and many others.
